01 — Classes

Two ways to move. One method.

A modern take on classical reformer, plus an infrared-heated mat class — both programmed to be challenging in a non-intimidating way. What Pilates is meant to be.

01

Reformer Pilates

Force et Élégance — strength and elegance

A modern take on classical reformer on chic machines that "glide like butter." Group, private, or duet — small sizes so you're actually seen and corrected, not lost in a crowd.

Group · Private · Duet
02

HEAT by Pêche

Chaud et Sculpté — hot and sculpted

Infrared-heated mat Pilates — a deep burn that leaves you "sore in the best way" without being drenched. Calm, inviting, and a real sweat all at once.

The Pêche Pilates studio — reformers in warm, elegant light

The room

Beautiful enough that people mention it before the workout.

Curated sound, warm lighting, and a scent when you walk in. Reviewers call it "the most beautiful Pilates studio I have been to" — the design is the point, not an afterthought.

02 — The Founder

The studio she couldn't find in Atlanta.

Hanna Sellers trained in biomedical science, then spent a season teaching concierge Pilates in Paris. She came home to Buckhead and built the studio she'd been looking for — where French refinement is engineered into a genuinely hard workout.

Seven years of teaching and a real understanding of the body became The Pêche Method: athletic movement, reformer, and infrared mat, delivered so a tough class still feels like an escape.

"Her energy is warm, welcoming, and encouraging — she clearly knows her stuff and creates such an intentional, thoughtful flow."
